Hike at Lapham Peak

What’s a wellness weekend without connecting with nature? Take a quick drive to Lapham Peak for a day of hiking! With trails for all fitness levels, this is one of our favorite ways to unwind with both exercise and being outdoors.

Dine at I.d.

Eat at I.d.

The dinner and Sunday brunch menus at I.d. are the perfect balance of healthy and indulgent, which is ideal for your wellness weekend in Delafield. Dine on shared plates prepared by our award-winning chef and his team while you sip a craft cocktail or glass of wine at night, then wake up on Sunday to enjoy I.d.’s spin on breakfast classics, mimosas and Bloody Marys.

You don’t even have to leave your room to take your relaxation to the next level. Book a 60-minute, a 90-minute or even a couple’s massage with Leaves of Change, local massage and body therapists who customize each session to the client.


Work out at be FITNESS or Bark River

Sweat it out with a workout next door at be FITNESS or down the street at Bark River CrossFit. You can participate in one of be FITNESS’ many group exercise classes–from yoga to weight lifting–or fly solo and utilize their state-of-the-art equipment. Or try your hand at CrossFit and jump in a class at Bark River CrossFit. (No CrossFit experience required.)

If you’re in need of a little retail therapy, downtown Delafield is the spot to stroll through boutiques, outdoor shops and more. Treat yourself!
