How far in advance do we need to book the Ballroom for our wedding?
Ballrooms are most commonly booked at least one year in advance of the wedding date. There are exceptions so please call and check the availability of your preferred wedding date.
Is a deposit required?
There is a $2,000 deposit required at the time of signing your contract. This deposit is then applied to your balance due.
What are the set-up fees?
Our wedding packages include the set-up of the dance floor, tables and chairs, and use of hotel linens, china and glassware. Specialty linens, chairs, china and glassware are available for rent at an additional fee.
How early is the room available to decorate the day of the wedding?
The room is usually available for your florist, band, or DJ to set up an average of two hours prior to the start of the reception.
Are we able to taste the menu selections ahead of time?
Once you have booked your reception with the Delafield Hotel, our Wedding Specialist will be happy to assist you in making all the right selections, including sampling entree options.
